He was angry his friend had foregone a beautiful possibility on his account. We are close to the road and the other day my husband was almost hit by a car trying to remove the trash they left from the driveway. ![]() I can understand receiving one or possibly two free circulars as a courtesy from the Times Herald **************, but this has been going on for several weeks and it is a nuisance to have to pick up the trash in my driveway. There is not even an option to leave a message. Normally I would deal with this by calling the Times Herald Record directly, but I have tried four times to try and reach someone at the telephone number that is listed online and I keep getting a message that there is no one available to take the call and to hang up and try again. We do not have a subscription to the Times Herald Record newspaper, nor did we request one, or at any time indicate we would be interested in receiving free circulars into our driveway. Someone in the newspaper delivery department of the Times Herald Record has been throwing newspaper circulars into our driveway for the last several weeks. Just not feeling very confident they are going to follow through. We will look into it, file a complaint, speak with delivery person etc. At this point I probably won't get that either as they have told me the same thing everytime and no paper. They said the only thing they can do is to close my account consume my payment as well as give an extension so I will continue getting it until January 8th. Also that they have no records of me calling all the times I have. I was told that they do not refund and that there was no management to speak to past a supervisor. I called today again to close my account and request money back as they took a payment last week and given me nothing. Each time them telling me I will get it the next Sunday and nothing. I have called the company 5+ times since then to inform them I have not received my paper can show my phone records if needed. Since then I have not received my paper which should be delivered every Sunday. When we moved to a new address at the end of September I called the company to let them know of the change. I found a way through the *** to speak to people and now I cant get anyone to stop the paper! My mother is elderly with dementia and looks forward to her pay for daily while I have my husband home and working with ****** and have a full plate and dont need to be worrying about a silly newspaper that I dont want it goes in the garbage every day I am beyond frustrated and have asked them nicely firmly to stop ** assured it will be stopped and yet again we have it again This paper makes it difficult to communicate with as they rarely allow you to reach a human. They keep sending me a a paper after more than three dozen attempts to get them to stop it. ![]() There is NO confusion on the account I verified all the information. I have called them more than 20 times and have approximately 15 emails! Yet again I have a newspaper in my 250 foot long driveway that isnt suppose to come here. I pay for the newspaper to be delivered to my elderly mother in a skilled facility in another town and the last month its coming to my home address. |
